Shipping Policy
1.1 Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of the order.
- Shipping Methods: FedEx Ground | UPS Ground | USPS Flat Rate/Ground Advantage Delivery.
- Valid only for domestic shipments within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.
- Oversized or overweight items (e.g., Trailer Metal Mesh, Bumpers, Hoods, Fuel Tanks, Toolboxes, Trailer Axles, Bulk Assemblies, 5th Wheel Hitches/Components) may require freight (LTL) delivery.
- Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
- Haulk Depot reserves the right to update or modify shipping policies at any time without prior notice.
1.2 Standard Shipping Rates
- All orders: Variable rates apply based on the selected shipping method at checkout and the package weight/dimensions.
- Freight (LTL) orders: Calculated separately and ineligible for standard ground rates.
1.3 Delivery Timeline
- Orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on carrier schedules.
- A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped.
- Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume.
- A signature may be required for high-value or freight shipments.
2. Order Dispatch Time
- Orders are processed within 3 hours.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will ship the next business day.
- Orders placed at least 5 hours before dispatch may ship the same day.

3. Damages
If parts are damaged upon arrival:
- All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or reimbursement.
- Contact sales@haulkdepot.com and include pictures and a brief description of the damage.
- If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, do not accept the shipment and report the issue to the carrier immediately.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve shipping damage claims and arrange for replacements if applicable.
4. Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a Haulk Depot error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders and special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Electrical components and wiring kits are non-returnable due to safety regulations.
Restocking Fee
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact sales@haulkdepot.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on where to send the product.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled by 2:00 PM CST on the day the order was placed (with response confirmation).
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers must follow our return policy if they no longer want the item.
- If canceled after 2:00 PM CST, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to and from their address.
- Custom and special-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
6. Warranty
- Manufacturer warranties apply to listed products*.
- Warranty terms vary by manufacturer.
- Haulk Depot does not provide direct warranties but will assist customers in contacting the manufacturer for claims.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
