The Valcrum ST-400L aluminum hub cap is engineered for 10,000–16,000 lb trailer axles, offering a premium replacement for traditional plastic oil/grease caps. With a 4" machined thread and a rugged aluminum alloy body, this cap supports both grease-packed and oil bath systems. Its integrated oil level sight window, magnetic vent plug, and drain/fill ports make it ideal for high-performance, service-friendly applications.

Designed to fit Lippert and Dexter hubs with 10K–16K capacity. Replaces Lippert 693935 and Valcrum ST-400 (produced after 08/2019). Compatible with both grease and oil bath hub configurations. Uses 4" standard threads and installs using the included hardware.

One Screw Was Stripped

One Torx screw was slightly damaged—couldn’t get full torque. Replaced with spare, but quality control could be tighter. Cap itself is excellent.

Vent Plug Thread Was Tight

Had to clean the NPTF threads with a tap before it seated. Minor issue, but should be smoother out of the box. Otherwise, excellent build.
