HydraPro actuators are equipped with large fluid reservoirs, designed to handle multi-axle trailers and long brake line configurations. This ensures consistent braking force, even in demanding towing applications.

All HydraPro models deliver exceptionally fast hydraulic pressure buildup—reaching 1000 PSI in as little as 0.118 seconds—providing smooth, proportional braking with minimal lag.

Built with anodized, T6-grade extruded alloy and sealed to meet IP67 standards, HydraPro actuators are engineered to withstand saltwater, extreme temperatures, and rough road conditions.

Featuring high-powered DC motors, quality hydraulic pumps, and minimal moving parts, HydraPro systems are optimized for long service life with minimal upkeep.

Circuit boards are conformal-coated for moisture resistance, and fluid tanks are independently sealed to prevent contamination and internal damage.

All HydraPro actuators are fully DOT compliant, compatible with standard brake fluid (DOT 3 & 4), and offer straightforward wiring and mounting for easy installation on most trailers.
